Managing returns across 40 countries
The Reconomy Group started working with Gymshark in 2017 globally. With big ideas to offer the best possible customer experience, Gymshark was able to launch free returns in the UK and US as well as near-instant refunds using The Reconomy Group platform.
Since launching, Gymshark’s return rate has increased by 4.5% however, this is offset by some brilliant results including:
- An increase in average order value of £16, from £58 to £74
- Gymshark has seen a 20% increase in returning customers (90% increase in new customer acquisition)
