With 30 minutes labour included in your collection price the Man and van Collection provides a great option when your waste is stockpiled and ready to go or you simply don’t have room for a skip!
30 minutes labour for loading is included in your price. If a clearance takes longer than the inclusive 30 minutes of labour additional charges may apply*.
You must provide our clearance crew with safe and free access to your waste, for us to fulfil our full service.
Parking within 50 meters of the clearance must be available.
Our clearance crew will not collect any waste that is classed as dangerous to them, unless it has been stored in a safe and responsible fashion. This could be anything from broken glass to hazardous materials.

For anyone without space for a skip and those who can’t get a skip hire permit for use on the public highway our that man and van clearances offer an alternative to having to obtain a skip hire permit.
All we ask is that you provide us with free and easily accessible parking to your waste that is within 50 meters of the stockpile.
Our expert team of clearance specialists will arrive and provide you with 30 minutes of labour as part of the price, so they do all the heavy loading meaning you don’t have too!
