This award celebrates an individual that has demonstrated exceptional skill and ability to grow a customer account, increase opportunities within a business sector, identify a gap in the market, or develop a new service proposition that has driven collaboration and cross-sell opportunities, bringing Reconomy brands closer together.

This award acknowledges a colleague that has 10 or more years of unbroken service within Reconomy, during which time they have delivered consistently outstanding performance levels. Through their positive actions, they have built a strong reputation based on trust and transparency, making a transformative contribution to the business.

This award acknowledges a colleague that has been with Reconomy for less than 18-months, but has already proven their value, demonstrated a strong desire to progress, made a positive contribution to their area of work, and delivered impressive results.

This award recognises a colleague that has devised, implemented, or overseen the introduction of a new technological process, innovation, or application that has had a positive impact either across Reconomy as a whole or within a specific Reconomy brand.

This award acknowledges a colleague that approaches their day-to-day work with unwavering commitment to the health, safety, and wellbeing of everyone around them. They have also put forward ideas, identified areas of improvement and led by example to ensure a safe working environment for all.

This award celebrates a team leader, manager or mentor that has gone above and beyond to help and support a member (or members) of their team or other colleagues within Reconomy, helping them to overcome a challenge, realise their full potential, enable greater collaboration, or achieve a positive result.

This award celebrates Reconomy’s business value: Customers. It acknowledges a front-line customer service or account management team member that regularly goes above and beyond for their customers, has developed excellent relationships with them, and has received outstanding feedback.

This award celebrates Reconomy’s business value: Environment. It recognises a colleague that has championed environmental sustainability improvements, either internally within an area of Reconomy, or externally within the wider community, achieving outstanding results.

This award celebrates Reconomy’s business value: Community. It acknowledges a colleague that has been responsible for elevating Reconomy’s social value output, generating substantial charitable donations for us or a partner, or has helped to develop significant community engagement and goodwill, enhancing the external reputation of Reconomy’s brand.
