At Reconomy, we believe sustainability must be measurable. That’s why we track our impact using Earth Overshoot Day — the point each year when humanity’s demand for natural resources exceeds what the planet can regenerate.
Thanks to our circular economy initiatives, we’re helping to push that date back. In 2024, our full-year mass-flow analysis revealed we delayed Earth Overshoot Day by 12 minutes. And we’re aiming for 15 minutes in 2025 through expanded closed-loop activity.
