Guy Wakeley, Chief Executive

As Chief Executive of Reconomy, Guy is at the forefront of Reconomy’s vision to create a waste-free world where resources are conserved, and economic growth is achieved through sustainable circular means. Under his leadership, Reconomy has achieved remarkable strategic progress, positioning itself as a leading international specialist provider of services to enable the circular economy.

Guy's commitment to transformation is evident in his focus on organic growth, strategic acquisitions, the importance of purpose and culture, and investments in cutting-edge technologies. With a strong emphasis on sustainability, Guy is dedicated to embedding environmentally responsible practices across all facets of Reconomy's operations. His vision and leadership are instrumental in steering the company toward a sustainable future while delivering innovative solutions that support the circular economy.

Guy holds an MA in Engineering Science from the University of Cambridge and a PhD in applications of artificial intelligence. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Chartered Engineer, and a Member of the CBI’s Public Services Strategy Board.

Jody Fullman, Chief Information Officer

In his role as CIO, Jody holds overall responsibility for Reconomy’s technology products and services, overseeing product management, engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT service delivery. Jody also heads RecoTek, Reconomy’s Technology Scaling Centre in Bucharest. In addition to his operational role, he supports Reconomy’s risk management strategy, M&A activities, and acquisition integration. Jody is Microsoft and Prince Practitioner certified and holds a BEng(Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Swansea University. He was made a Fellow of the British Computer Society in 2012 and regularly speaks as an expert contributor across many well recognised industry events, as well as being recognised in the Global CIO 100 2025.

Philip Vincent, Chief Financial Officer

Philip Vincent is Chief Financial Officer at Reconomy, having joined the business in early 2025. With over 20 years of experience in senior finance roles across multinational public and private companies, he brings deep expertise in public markets, M&A, and strategic growth. Prior to joining Reconomy, Philip served as CFO at ZIGUP PLC and held leadership roles at SABMiller and BBC Worldwide. A qualified Chartered Accountant trained at KPMG, he is known for driving commercial success and operational efficiency. Based in London, Philip plays a pivotal role in scaling Reconomy’s platform across North America and delivering sustainable earnings growth.

Lyndsey Denning, Chief People Officer

Lyndsey is Reconomy’s Chief People Officer, overseeing all People activities across the business. This includes creating and implementing HR policies, managing the HR team, and leading employee-related initiatives. Lyndsey’s has been responsible for driving digitisation and automation into Reconomy’s People function through the introduction of new systems and processes as well as overseeing initiatives to attract, retain and develop the best talent. Her role encompasses the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, promotions, and conducting exit interviews. Lyndsey holds an MA in HR Management and is fully CIPD qualified.

Tony Munro, Marketing Director

In his role as Marketing Director, Tony Munro, holds overall responsibility for all external marketing activities and internal communications across Reconomy, as well as executive ownership of Reconomy’s sustainability strategy. Tony brings a strong focus on building brand awareness, brand strategy development, increasing market share, and maximizing visibility in key sectors. He also plays a key role in advancing Reconomy’s digital marketing strategies and supports the company’s programme of tech-enablement for the benefit of customers. Tony holds a CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) Professional Diploma and a BA(Hons) in Sociology from Nottingham University.

Kieran Roche, Sales Director

As Group Sales Director at Reconomy, Kieran is responsible for building and developing the company’s sales function and create the optimal conditions for Reconomy to achieve its potential. His role includes overseeing all sales operations, configuring CRM systems, managing reporting, and shaping incentive structures.

Mike Benton, Manging Director – Recycle

Mike Benton is Managing Director of Reconomy’s Recycle Division, leading the UK’s largest outsourced waste management operation. Since joining Reconomy in 2003, Mike has played a pivotal role in driving strategic growth, integrating acquisitions, and launching innovative solutions for complex waste streams. He oversees operations, compliance, and commercial development, and is passionate about digitisation and sustainability. Under his leadership, the Recycle loop has expanded rapidly across the UK and North America, delivering agile, tech-led services that reduce costs and environmental impact. Mike’s deep industry expertise and customer-centric approach continue to shape Reconomy’s circular economy strategy and global footprint.

Patrick Wiedemann, Chief Executive, Comply

Patrick serves as the CEO of RLG and the Comply Loop at Reconomy. Leading a global workforce of over 1,000 employees across four major companies, Patrick oversees over 45 Producer Responsibility Organizations worldwide. His leadership is driven by a commitment to delivering innovative, customer-focused solutions that meet regulatory demands, enable the transition to a circular economy, and support sustainable business models. With deep expertise in EPR services, reverse logistics, and business development, Patrick shapes Reconomy's Comply strategy, fuels growth, and drives innovation. Under his guidance, Reconomy has significantly expanded its presence in Europe, North America, and emerging markets. Patrick’s pioneering approach has resulted in groundbreaking product innovations, successful market entries, and substantial value creation.

Rakhshan Zahid, Chief Executive – Re-use

Rakhshan Zahid is Chief Executive of Re-use at Reconomy, leading the division’s global strategy across product returns and supply chain solutions. With over a decade at Amazon, Rakhshan held senior roles in fashion, groceries, and marketplace operations, most recently overseeing the European fashion accessories business. Her expertise in scaling retail operations and fostering inclusive workplaces aligns with Reconomy’s values. Based in London, she oversees Reconomy’s Advanced Supply Chain and ReBound brands, driving innovation and sustainable growth across the UK, Europe, and the US. Rakhshan joined Reconomy in January 2025 and is instrumental in shaping Reconomy’s expansion in omnichannel returns management solutions.

Jamie Halstead, Chief of Staff

As Chief of Staff at Reconomy, with a background in finance and strategic operations, Jamie Halstead plays a pivotal role in supporting the executive team, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and driving strategic planning across the group. He is instrumental in leading Reconomy’s communications with corporate and financial partners, coordinating M&A and managing executive meetings and steering committees. Known for his clarity, responsiveness, and collaborative leadership, Jamie ensures alignment across divisions and supports the CEO and CFO in delivering Reconomy’s growth agenda.
