This colleague advocates for sustainability in meaningful ways, leads or inspires initiatives that reduce environmental impact either internally within an area of Reconomy, or externally within the wider community, achieving outstanding results.

This award acknowledges a colleague who has been with their Reconomy brand or in their role for less than 18 months, but has already proven their value. This person has made incredible contributions in their area of work, takes on additional responsibilities, constantly demonstrates excellence and has delivered impressive results.

It acknowledges a colleague who has been responsible for elevating Reconomy’s social value output, generating substantial charitable donations for us or a partner, or has helped to develop significant community engagement and goodwill, enhancing the external reputation of Reconomy’s brand.

This award celebrates an unsung hero at Reconomy, someone who quietly but consistently excels, going above and beyond without seeking recognition. They support others, solve problems, and make significant contributions behind the scenes.

This award celebrates a colleague who Invests in their own development through learning, training, or taking on new challenges. They have demonstrated visible growth, skill expansion, or career progression and encourage others to pursue self-development too.
