This privacy policy is for the SiteBuddy Privacy Policy mobile application and served by Reconomy (UK) Ltd and governs the privacy of its users who choose to use it.

The policy sets out the different areas where user privacy is concerned and outlines the obligations & requirements of the users, the mobile application and mobile application owners. Furthermore, the way this mobile application processes, stores and protects user data and information will also be detailed within this policy.

We obtain most of this personal data directly from you.

When you call Reconomy (UK) Ltd, we collect, store and use your name, contact details and details of your enquiry or issue. Our legal basis for this use is legitimate interest; to ensure we provide, and our customers receive the highest level of customer service.

Calls to Reconomy (UK) Ltd and its group companies are recorded for quality and training purposes; they are shared with call handlers to assess how they deal with different situations and, in the event of a dispute, recordings may be used to check what was said.

We will keep a copy of the call recording for twelve months following your call. If a dispute arises between us, we will keep your personal information for the purpose of responding to and dealing with this dispute. This may mean that we will keep your personal data for longer.

Individuals’ rights and how to exercise them

When practically possible, once we are informed that any personal data processed by us is no longer accurate, we will make corrections (where appropriate) based on your updated information.
