TikTok Shop partners with ReBound to transform returns in social commerce

ReBound, part of Reconomy’s Re-use Loop, has announced a new partnership with TikTok Shop that will streamline and enhance the returns experience for sellers and customers across the UK and EU.

Through this integration, brands trading on TikTok Shop can now access ReBound’s omnichannel returns management solution, enabling them to manage global returns more efficiently from within the TikTok Shop Seller Center. Sellers will be able to access ReBound’s extensive logistics network, including a wide selection of international carriers, processing capabilities, and warehouse locations, all within a single, connected platform.

Customers will also benefit from a simplified returns journey. Shoppers can initiate returns directly inside TikTok Shop and receive return options provided by the brand. At the same time, ReBound handles the full end-to-end process to ensure a seamless, transparent experience.

Sellers will gain access to ReBound returns management solutions, an all-in-one platform combining smart returns technology with efficient reverse-logistics operations. The partnership also unlocks valuable insights through return-data analytics, enabling businesses to improve performance, reduce costs, and support more sustainable practices across their supply chains.
