We are delighted to announce that Olivia Allen, Group Sustainability Programme Lead at Reconomy, has been named in the notable ENDS Power List 2026.
The annual list recognises the UK’s 100 most impactful environmental professionals, with the Rising Stars category highlighting early-career individuals who are already making a meaningful contribution to environmental progress.
Since joining Reconomy after university as a Sustainability Coordinator in 2023, Olivia has become a key member of our sustainability team. She works across the business to improve the quality and consistency of sustainability data, helping teams better understand and measure their environmental impact and make more informed decisions.
I’m thrilled to be included in the ENDS Power List 2026. It’s a real privilege to work alongside colleagues at Reconomy who are turning circular economy ambition into action, and I’m grateful to those who have supported my development along the way. I’m looking forward to continuing to grow and contribute to meaningful change across the circular economy and environmental sector.

Olivia’s recognition is thoroughly deserved. It’s been a pleasure to see her rapid development driven by her passion to make a difference. She has delivered excellent output, from strengthening our data foundations to engaging colleagues through the Net Zero Heroes network. Reconomy
Her work has strengthened our ESG reporting and supported ISO 14064-aligned carbon disclosures, ensuring environmental impacts are accurately captured and transparently reported.
She also leads Reconomy’s Net Zero Heroes network, engaging colleagues across the Group to share ideas, champion sustainable behaviours and support practical environmental initiatives.
Through this activity and campaigns such as Circular Economy Month and Second Hand September, Olivia has helped Reconomy in our mission to close the circularity gap and create a sustainable, waste-free world where resources are conserved, and economic growth is achieved through sustainable circular means.
Olivia is also nominated for the Business Green ‘Women in Green Business’ Awards 2026.
