Sales Coordinator for Infrastructure
Following up customer enquiries you will need to be organised and driven to take responsibility for achieving results and earning your bonus. You will enjoy talking with the customers, building that relationship quickly so you can understand what they need and how you can help them, working closely with the Supply Chain team to find the right solution.
Creating and distributing reports to provide updates around enquiry volumes, conversions and pipeline will enable you to actively identify areas to improve performance and promote your successes. It can’t be just about the numbers though; you’ll need to be invested in ensuring that your customers receive a great service by using your organisation and problemsolving skills.
You will be based in the office, working with the customer service team so that information can be easily shared and any amendments made but it’ll be vital that you foster great relationships with Operations and Support Services as well.
This is a new, permanent and full time position within the team which we know can add value to the department, improve the customer experience and provide an opportunity for you to develop with Reconomy.
