Sales and Service Coordinator
Working in partnership with the UK’s largest builder’s merchants we provide waste and resource management. We need you to be a key link in this partnership managing the interactions to ensure that an efficient and accurate service is provided every time.
You don’t have to come from a waste management or construction background, excellent customer service is what’s key. Your role will be to grow the Reconomy account by working really closely with our team at our office in Telford but you will be based within a team in our client’s office in Northampton. They’re a friendly team so we are confident that with the training and support we provide you will be able to not only succeed in your role but enjoy it too.
You’ll be organising and processing orders relating to waste management such as skip hire. Liaising between the customer and our supplier to arrange the best option using a combination of telephone and email. Proactively managing the orders you will ensure accuracy to avoid invoice queries while using your relationship building skills to develop and grow Reconomy’s share of available opportunities.
