Our larger-sized RoRo can help get rid of the need for multiple skip collections or exchanges.
The 40-yard skip is suitable for large volumes of light construction and other waste, or large bulky items, but not hardcore. Can hold up to 400 bin bags of waste, approximately. Other RoRo skip sizes are also available.
You must place your skip on private land. If you need to place your skip on a public highway. A skip hire permit will be required. This may incur additional charges by the relevant local authority, in addition to the cost of hire. The enforcement and charges for skip hire together can vary regionally.
The permits are charged to the customer. If the permit is declined by the local authority, the charge is non-refundable.

The skip will be delivered between 7am and 5.30pm on the day of hire. You can request a specific period at the time of booking.
The location where the skip is to be placed must be accessible for a skip lorry. This must be clear from obstruction for both the delivery and the collection.
Do not load hazardous materials into the skip. For more information on permitted waste streams for skip hire, visit our terms and conditions.
