With a wide range of maintenance, repair and support services in our locker, our nationwide coverage can be tailored to meet the needs of any client we have. Our team of highly skilled engineers and technicians have years of experience in the field, so you can be sure your waste recycling equipment functions are to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Our field and workshop engineers and technicians are also equipped for handling the latest technology and diagnostic tools, ensuring any equipment you hire from us fully complies with manufacturer regulations and optimises productivity levels.
Comprehensive maintenance plan
Tailored to accommodate any type of waste/recycling equipment you have; our Fully Comprehensive Service Plan ensures full manufacturing compliance and safe usage of any equipment used on-site.
Your plan will include a scheduled number of visits per annum, delivered against pre-defined service inspection tasks specific to the equipment on-site.
Breakdown/Repair Work
Our breakdown and repair service provide you with the confidence and security you need to maintain productivity levels on-site. We can schedule and allocate the engineering resource you need to attend any breakdowns, or repair work, but only if it is quoted or specified and authorised by you.
What is more, we make copies of all relevant maintenance documentation and supporting data you may need to keep on file.
Training
Reconomy will also ensure training in equipment usage will also be included, so you can be sure all staff have full understanding on operation methods and controls. Our site-based training covers the essential housekeeping required to make sure all equipment is fully operational, including:
• Cleaning
• Oil and hydraulic fluid check and replace
• New operator training
• Refresher training
• Accredited health and safety training
Installation
Reconomy can also assist you with the installation process, making sure everything is in tip top shape for your site.
Firstly, we will conduct a full site survey to ensure space, ventilation, power supply and access is sufficient.
We then look at the logistics of delivering and unloading any equipment to site, making sure it is safe and accessible for equipment usage.
Decommissioning
When it’s time to remove equipment from site, Reconomy will conduct an end-to-end service to take hired equipment away and remove it safely from site. We ensure safety by taking up a site survey and assessment, to ensure the dismantling and removal from site is safe and compliant.
