You’ll balance the business wants with what the IT teams can deliver, find the happy medium.  Having great relationships with the teams across the business, you’ll use your communication skills to not only understand what is needed in a commercial sense but also what is possible with the technology.  With this understanding you can find the ideal balance, manage the project and deliver the results.

No-one is working from the office at the moment so in the early days you’ll likely be working completely remotely, we will ensure you have a great induction though and you will meet lots of colleagues virtually so you can get stuck in from the start.  When the time is right we will be moving back into our office in Stratford-upon-Avon on a more regular basis.

You have Data Support Analysts, a Systems Tester and a Platform Consultant on the team, they bring lots of technical expertise but if you have some SQL or Jira knowledge it would help. You’ll need to be a leader of people; you’ll develop team engagement through communication and visibility and with strong partnerships you’ll develop the capabilities of the team and make strategic plans for future growth and improvements. Logical processes and organisational skills will be vital to keep multiple projects on track while keeping all parties informed and tackling complications quickly.
