Reconomy Solutions work closely with our clients to assess and create the Site Waste Management Plan. Each project is assessed and the following items are focused upon, allowing Reconomy Solutions to determine:
- Site size and physical constraints
- Waste streams present and the most apporpriate segregation system
- Location of the waste compound, where it could be best accessed by employees and drivers
- Whether hazardous waste will be produced, and the most appropriate method of disposal
- Full legislative and Corporate Responsibility compliance will be met
Following completion of a site assessment, Reconomy Solutions will compile a Site Waste Management Plan, including authorised waste carriers certificate, hazardous waste guidelines and Reconomy Solutions contacts.
In addition, Reconomy Solutions will commit a dedicated representative to ensure adherence to the plan and resolve any waste issues. The representative will monitor each site on a set schedule to assess the progress and produce a site progress report, highlighting waste tonnage, costs and recycling rates.
