History
In July 2006, Englefield Capital (now Bregal Capital) formed Reconomy as the holding company to develop a business in the UK Recycling and Waste Management sector. To date, we have made twelve acquisitions and the business has annualised turnover of approximately £40m.
The largest part of the group is Reconomy Solutions, the leading national outsourced waste services provider which operates nationwide recycling focused waste management and compliance services, delivering enhanced environmental and financial performance for their customers.
